Schedule: Sunday to Sunday (2 days off)

Operation Hours: Between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Daily 8 hour shifts)

Location: Bogotá - Office located at the north of the city (Near by Parque de la 93)

Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience

Market knowledge

Ability to address and resolve (issues, claims and/or complaints) on first contact

Strong documentation skills

Adherence to KPI indicators

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

Multitasking abilities

English proficiency (C1 level)

Job responsibilities

Deliver client-focused training sessions for new hires, product updates, and recurring training needs.

Provide information about products and services to customers and resolve their issues.

Address and resolve complaints about products or services by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, providing the best resolution, and following up as necessary with the agents.

Update customer records with accurate information cascading it properly to the ops.

Prepare reports on products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Contribute to team efforts by achieving results as needed.
