Job Description

We are looking for an UX writer who will be responsible for inventorying, producing and managing content for our products. The content could be Microcopy, help content, tutorials, web-based information, etc. At the strategic level, you will create and implement content plans, as well as measure, track and seek to improve customer engagement with content. 

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain guidelines and style guides that include tone of voice. 

Understand the data and how to use it for content strategy 

Understand key product strategy metrics and link them to your content strategy. 

Ensure the highest standards of style and writing (eg, grammar, spelling, syntax, diction, punctuation, brand alignment). 

Create and maintain standards/guidance for localized translations.
