Your Role

• Generate New Business Opportunities across the Vertical via all available Networks• Establish New Direct SACO services as per agreed Annual Targets• Assess the Routing and Profitability of both New and Existing Business• Supervise Export & Import LCL jobs

Your Responsibilities

• Identity the Opportunity for new Direct SACO services
• Drive better Use of External and Internal Systems such as On-line Schedules, Booking Modules, etc.
• Ensure that Competitive Pricing is Provided to Customers to Drive Customer Retention and Business Growth
• Ensure that up-to-date Market Information in respect to Pricing, Co-loader services, etc. relative to Indicated LCL Product get to Local Operations Management and Sales team in a Prompt and Efficient manner
• Liaise with Sales team and Operations Management to ensure Competitive Pricing is Provided for Realistic Client Specific Opportunities, all Quotations are Constructed / Final Selling Rates are given by P+L Owners
• Monitor Selling Rates versus Market Levels and Report and Deviation to NS and RS-X
• Monitor Competition and Advise Sales Staff and Departments Heads of any Developments Highlighted by Customers
• Support RFQ Opportunities through Provision of Data, Competitive Pricing and Presentations as required
• Develop and Execute Strategies to Defend against Competitor Activities
• Actively Support and Execute Cross-Selling Solutions and Initiatives . Sea/Air/Perishables LCL Reefer
• Have a Clear Understanding of the Local and National Carrier Industry and Challenges, Specifically for the LCL Business
• Secure Continuity of Regional or National/Local Co-loader Relationship
• Negotiates in the Framework of the Global Preferred Co-loader Program
• Evaluates Home/Regional Co-loader Initiatives for Local Market Requirements
• Provide Product related to Information when required
• Support Sales Team with Sales Leads
• Managing various conditions to customize customer requirement
• Visiting Customers/ Supplier if needed
• Resolving Operation Issues
• Awareness of Teamwork Performance
• FSL duly
• Responsible Receivables issues
• Prepare LCL presentation and Documents when required

Your Skills and Experiences

Professional in international business or similar careers. Technical knowledge of LCL products. Experience in sea logistics. Advanced English. Experience with generation and presentation of reports / indicators. Willingness to travel.
