El estudiante en prácticas es responsable de:
Apoyar en control de inventario de elementos de oficina (Docking, Monitores, pantallas, teclados, mesas y sillas) Automatización de procesos internos del área Mapeo y validación: Validación de asistencia de new hires a los cursos NEST CORE de la empresa, con el fin de ingresarlos al sistema QUEST manejado por la empresa Análisis Datos de Ergonomía: Cruce de información y actualización de bases de datos proporcionadas por QUEST con el fin de hacer un seguimiento al estudio de ergonomía que realiza un especialista y la entrega de periféricos (mouse, teclado, monitor, Según solicitud de los trabajadores y de la opinión del profesional. Seguimiento de KPOs mensuales de HSE Seguimiento lead by example: Realizar cruce de información bases de datos y trazabilidad de los indicadores de reporte mensual de los empleados con mejor OTC y número de RIRr Seguimiento Hubs y Managers: Realizar el cruce de base de datos y análisis para obtener los indicadores de cada hub y manager, con el fin de compararlo con los meses anteriores y con el porcentaje o número de reportes que se deben alcanzar al final de mes, así como su porcentaje de cumplimiento. HSE summary report: Recolección de información de Quest, TRIF, AARm, HIPo, RIRr, OTC general de la empresa y plasmarlo en una pieza gráfica que será enviada a toda la comunidad de SLB Seguimiento a certificaciones: Seguimiento en Quest para recordatorio a los que no lo han completado. Overdue action items: Descargar base de datos e identificar los reportes sin cerrar, abrir un action item a cada responsable de cerrar el reporte. Reportes sin riesgo residual: Ver base de datos de Quest, identificar las personas que generaron reportes sin riesgo residual, y hacer comentario para que lo diligencien correctamente. Reporte mensual asistencia de empleados a la base para enviar a los HUBs managers Apoyo en elaboración de material de apoyo (presentaciones a CEOs, campañas, eventos, etc) Seguimiento ordenado de actividades y miembros de la BrigadaEstudiantes de ultimo semestre de Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, gestion de logistica, economia, finanzas.
