Summary of Position:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our real estate operations, primarily focusing on cold calling for new purchase opportunities, managing marketing efforts, handling leasing inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Cold call owners for new purchase opportunities using Excel spreadsheet Ad Hoc — stuff that comes up regularly, but not necessarily on a set schedule.
- Managing full marketing for commercial real estate (Craigslist Posts, Facebook Page, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Marketplace, Email Blasts, database building, etc.)
- Review comments on Facebook ads (remove negative ones), Facebook messages, etc, and reply with simple responses
- Design Leasing brochures and update loop net listings
- Reply to leasing inquiries with necessary information, flyers, availabilities, etc.
- Check for new Facebook leads for Bridge Carson City or ABH1, and forward any leads to the required parties or respond for in-house leasing
- Use REsquared to reach out to local businesses in Oceanside, San Bernardino, and Fresno
- Check-in on security cameras, communicate on speakers, and send screenshots to appropriate parties
Requirements
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated proficiency as a virtual assistant or in a relevant role within the real estate sector.
- Experience in investing/analysis experience in commercial real estate
- Specialized knowledge in marketing and social media management (Craigslist Posts, Facebook Pages, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Marketplace, Email Blasts, and database management).
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Canva, MS Excel, with a preference for familiarity with REsquared, LoopNet, and CoStar.
- Someone willing to help with Sales efforts, cold calling, and sending out cold emails on commercial real estate.
