RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide advanced technical support for RAN (Radio Access Network) equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and address network infrastructure problems.
• Utilize technical expertise to analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain documentation and provide training to support staff on new technologies and procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Extensive experience in telecommunications technical support, with a focus on RAN technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Nokia equipment.
• Advanced level of English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
