Major Responsibilities and Essential Responsibilities: Include the following and any other duties that may be assigned.

  • Maintain accounts payable systems.
  • Prepare Daily detailed A/P ageing.
  • Prepare summary of invoices to be paid
  • Receive calls from local vendors regarding the status of their accounts
  • Prepare analyses related to outstanding payables as required.

  • Maintain Cash Systems
  • Update daily cash activities to provide a real time cash position.
  • Projected cash requirements
  • make payments to Vendors
  • Requests for funding as required
  • Prepare payroll, payroll reports. NIS and PAYE
  • Liaise with HR, Supervisors and Reports Personnel on information for payroll processing
  • Preparation of pay slips
  • Disbursements of payroll to respective banks

  • Payroll processing and analysis for the Eastern Caribbean.
  • Petty cash disbursement and reconciliations.
  • Preparation of Commission Reports, disbursement and reconciliations.
  • Preparation of billing for Canteen Electricity
  • Assist in supervising of Security, custodians and receptionist.
  • Liaise with broker and clients on incoming shipment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 moths relative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power point
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team success
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
