At Scouty we are looking for an Information Security Officer.

For a renowned company leader in identity and security solutions, specialized in providing advanced technologies for the protection of identities and secure transactions.

The officer will be in charge of defining, implementing, and qualifying information security mechanisms to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data at all organizational levels.

Reporting directly to the VP of Technology LATAM, your main responsibilities will be:

What will you do in this position?

  • Platform Administration: Management and maintenance of Microsoft and Linux platforms, with a strong focus on Linux, especially penetration testing.
  • Server Management: Administration of DNS, NTP, and LDAP servers.
  • Advanced Networking Knowledge: Proficiency in advanced networking and communications systems.
  • IT Security Systems: Deep knowledge in firewalls, WAF, IPS/IDS, and antivirus.
  • Load Balancers: Experience in configuring and managing load balancers.
  • VPN Management: Configuration and management of IPSec VPNs.
    Public Key Infrastructure (PKI): Management of digital certificates and encryption.
  • Hardware Security Modules (HSM): Experience in secure key management. 
  • SIEM Tools: Real-time monitoring and incident response using SIEM tools.
  • Vulnerability and Log Analysis: Ability to identify vulnerabilities, analyze logs, and generate incident reports.
  • Penetration Testing: Identification and resolution of security breaches.
  • Cyber Defense: Active monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents as a cyber defense analyst.

What should you have beforehand?

  • 10 years of general experience 5 years leading teams
  • Previous experience in information security management and implementation of cybersecurity projects.
  • Knowledge of ICAO - Windows - Linux - PKI - HSM.
  • Experience with cloud security
  • Ability to manage security incidents and risk mitigation.
  • Experience working in multinational teams and under international standards.
  • English B2+ - C1
