Este rol tiene 5 funciones principales:

Garantizar la correcta ejecución de Merchandising across canales (Third Party – Eficacia): distribución del recurso, puntos de cobertura por canal, distribución geográfica, plan semestral de cubrimiento, Scorecard de seguimiento de Principales KPI´s, Rutero, etc. Asegurar la ejecución del Plan de Trade across canales y la retroalimentación respectiva de la implementación del plan (% de ejecución, principales oportunidades del plan, resumen de actividades de la competencia, etc). Liderar y realizar seguimiento a la ejecución across canales a través de la plataforma de DPSM, garantizando los básicos de ejecución. Ser promotores de la cultura de DPSM y apoyar las agendas estratégicas durante el año en curso: Entrenamientos, Incentivos y Governance. Garantizar la correcta ejecución de los lineamientos de “Perfect Store” y “Foto de Éxito” definidos por la compañía: Planogramas por RE, guías de exhibiciones adicionales, guías de merchandising (ubicación cross category), entre otros. Asegurar que el plan de Visibilidad y Campañas sea ejecutado en across canales: validar cantidades y piezas a ejecutar por campaña, distribución de material POP, validación de los reportes de ejecución del POP. Liderar implementaciones y planes adicionales de acuerdo a las oportunidades de los clientes de la zona.

Experiencia previa en ventas y en ejecución Experiencia manejando puntos de venta y mercaderistas Residir en la zona de Bogotá y tener disponibilidad para hacer trabajo de campo en la ciudad Excel Nivel Intermedio Inglés Nivel Intermedio Se valora como plus experiencia en category management
