Somos el equipo Credits IT - MLOps. Trabajamos de la mano con los equipos de Ciencia y Data para co-crear herramientas y procesos de gestión del ciclo de vida de los modelos de Machine Learning que soportan y guían las decisiones en los procesos core de Mercado Crédito. 

Imagínate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:

Traducir las necesidades del negocio en soluciones de datos que permitan mejorar la toma de decisiones. Garantizar el correcto delivery de los principales modelos de Machine Learning de la unidad de negocio, asegurando la calidad de nuestros entregables y promoviendo la escalabilidad técnica. Participar en el ciclo completo de desarrollo de producto desde el análisis, diseño, codificación, pruebas, despliegue y monitoreo hasta la mejora continua de las soluciones que nos permitan escalar el entorno productivo de Machine Learning de la vertical. Trabajar en sinergia con otras áreas de IT y Negocio. Equilibrar las demandas de los proyectos con las iniciativas de mejora continua.

Requisitos: 

Poseer experiencia en despliegue productivo de modelos de Machine Learning para la creación de ambientes de entrenamiento  Contar con conocimientos en selección de modelos en función de distintos criterios tales como complejidad, explicabilidad  Conocer sobre técnicas de escalado y transformación de datos. Poseer experiencia trabajando en ETL, Big Data y entorno Google Cloud; y en lenguajes de programación como Python y GoLang, es deseable. Residir en Bogotá o Medellín.
