Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical solutions.  Full Stack Development: Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using Laravel framework and related open-source technologies.  Write clean, maintainable, scalable, secure and well-documented code for web applications, following coding standards.  Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.  Troubleshoot and debug issues in web applications and provide timely resolutions.  Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in PHP and Laravel development, and suggest improvements to enhance application performance and usability.  Maintain documentation of code and project tasks and contribute to technical specifications.  Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of PHP 7/8  Proficient in Laravel framework and its ecosystem.  Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.  Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM.  Understanding of security practices related to handling data in MySQL, such as preventing SQL injection, securing database access, and encrypting sensitive data stored in the database. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  Experience with Git, CI/CD  Experience with Apache, Nginx Experience with Linux, SSH  Proficiency in containerizing applications using Docker, which involves creating Docker files to define how applications are built, configured, and run in containers. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.  Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.  English – upper-Intermediate and higher  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
