YOUR ROLE

·       Under the guidance of the Credit Management the Local OTC Analyst Junior will be in charge of for supporting business requirements, supporting GBS

·       Unblocking customer orders process and blocking of customers with bad payment behavior  

·       Daily reporting of blocked orders  

·       Supporting business requirements regarding customer portfolio

·       Monitoring and Supporting of accounts under legal recovery

·       Responsible of A/R local portfolio and all relational activities of customers transferred to GBS

·       Authorization of credit lines and deadlines according to the policy Deductions  

·       Look for clarifications with customers in case is necessary

YOUR SKILLS

·       Professional in Administrative or Finance Careers

·       2-3 years of experience in Portfolio and Customer Service processes.

·       Experience in multinational companies

·       Knowledge of financial processes

·       Advanced Excel level

·       Experience and knowledge in SAP
