• Tax Preparation: Assume responsibility for preparing complex 1040 tax returns with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in handling 1041 filings is a non-negotiable.
  
• Foreign Reporting: Manage the completion of various foreign reporting forms, such as Forms 8938, 8865, and 8621, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of international tax requirements and reporting obligations as non-negotiables.
  
• Multi-State Taxation: Navigate the complexities of multi-state tax returns for both businesses and individuals, analyzing and addressing tax implications across different jurisdictions, while maintaining accuracy and adherence to deadlines as prefered
  
• Business Tax Returns: Demonstrate expertise in preparing business tax returns, encompassing forms 1120, 1120S, 1120-F, and 1065, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in financial reporting and tax compliance as non-negotiables.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Familiarity with complex K-1s (e.g., hedge fund, private equity) and associated footnotes, demonstrating an ability to interpret and handle intricate financial documents accurately.
  
• Proficiency in tax projections and preparation of quarterly tax estimates is preferred, showcasing strategic tax planning abilities and a forward-thinking approach to tax management.
  
• Experience with 1041 and 709 review/preparation is advantageous but not required, highlighting versatility and adaptability in addressing diverse tax scenarios.
  

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree or CPA licensure, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning.
