Job Description:

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for content creation? We're seeking a talented Content Marketer to join our global team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content for our brand websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Your primary goal will be to generate consistent and engaging content that boosts brand awareness, drives organic website traffic, establishes thought leadership, provides educational value to our audiences, and supports lead generation and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
  • Create high-quality written and visual content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos, and more.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across all channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content formatting.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure content alignment and consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into our content strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with web design platforms like Webflow or similar tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and innovation in content ideation and execution

Nice to Have:

  • Proactive in learning about our industry and understanding our company's unique "voice." The successful candidate should invest time in reading, listening, and familiarizing themselves with our brand's voice, then apply it effectively in their content creation efforts.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Spanish. While not required, this skill will be increasingly valuable as we expand our reach and engage with Spanish-speaking audiences in the next 12 months.
