Acerca del Trabajo

Gestión y manejo de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar, manejo de bancos y apoyo a la gerencia de tesorería, de acuerdo con los parámetros definidos por la Gerencia Financiera y Administrativa, a fin de dar soporte al área en la administración del Capital de Trabajo.

Responsabilidades

Elaboración y seguimiento del flujo de caja de Symrise Colombia, Symrise Pet Food Colombia y Symrise Venezuela.
2. Realizar la propuesta de pagos a proveedores, viajeros y obligaciones fiscales de las 3 compañías.
3. Realizar la gestión de cobranza de cartera y bloqueo/desbloqueo de clientes para Symrise Pet Food Colombia y Symrise Venezuela.
4. Contabilizar y conciliar los movimientos de los bancos (anticipos, descarga de pagos, rechazos, gastos bancarios) para mostrar el estado real de la cuenta para las 3 compañías.
5. Realizar reporte TM5 (Cash Flow – Forecast) para las 3 compañías.
6. Manejo de tarjetas de crédito corporativas.
7. Apoyo en los requerimientos de auditoria y entes fiscales.

Conocimientos y Requisitos

Profesional con experiencia de 2 a 4 años en cargos similares. Ideal con especialización
o Nivel de inglés intermedio (80%)
o Manejo de herramientas Office, Profit y SAP
