Puesto: UX/UI Designer 

Objetivo:

El Diseñador UX/UI será responsable de crear interfaces de usuario intuitivas y atractivas para productos digitales. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo, los Product Owner y otros stakeholders para asegurar que los productos finales satisfagan las necesidades de los usuarios.

Responsabilidades:

Recopilación de requisitos:

Colaborar con el Product Owner y otros stakeholders para comprender sus necesidades y expectativas. Trabajar en varias iniciativas en simultáneo.

Realizar investigaciones de usuarios para identificar puntos de dolor y oportunidades de mejora.

Traducir los requisitos en wireframes y prototipos de alta fidelidad, con capacidad para hacer crecer un sistema de diseño complejo.

Diseño UX/UI:

Diseñar interfaces de usuario que sean intuitivas, fáciles de usar y visualmente atractivas.

Implementar los principios de diseño UX/UI para crear una experiencia de usuario fluida y eficiente.

Utilizar Figma para crear wireframes, mockups y prototipos de alta fidelidad.

Comunicación:

Comunicar de manera efectiva los diseños al equipo de desarrollo y a otros stakeholders.

Presentar los diseños de una manera clara y concisa, utilizando ejemplos visuales para apoyar sus ideas.

Incorporar comentarios y sugerencias del equipo de desarrollo y stakeholders para mejorar los diseños.

Habilidades y requisitos:

Experiencia:

Al menos 4 años de experiencia en diseño UX/UI.

Portfolio sólido de trabajos de diseño UX/UI.

Habilidades técnicas:

Dominio de herramientas de diseño como Figma y Adobe Suite.

Conocimiento de los principios de diseño UX/UI.

Habilidad para crear wireframes, mockups y prototipos de alta fidelidad.

Habilidades blandas:

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.

Capacidad para recibir y dar feedback de manera constructiva.

Orientación al detalle y capacidad para cumplir con plazos.
