Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a solid background in e-Commerce operations. In this role, you will balance traditional executive support—such as calendar management and correspondence—with specialized e-Commerce tasks like product data entry, order tracking, and basic storefront maintenance. The ideal candidate is a "power user" of digital tools who can jump between organizing a manager’s schedule and updating a product listing without missing a beat.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Support
- Catalog Maintenance: Assist in uploading new products, updating descriptions, and ensuring pricing accuracy across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, or Magento).
- Order & Logistics Tracking: Monitor order flows and coordinate with suppliers or logistics partners to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Review Monitoring: Track customer reviews and feedback, flagging urgent issues for the Customer Service or Marketing teams.
- Basic Reporting: Pull weekly sales and inventory reports using platform analytics and Excel/Google Sheets. General Administration
- Calendar Management: Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Inbox Triage: Manage professional correspondence, filtering priority emails and drafting responses.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain the company’s digital filing systems (Google Drive/Dropbox).

Experience:
2+ years of administrative experience, with at least 1 year specifically within an e-Commerce business.

Skills:
Proven experience navigating e-Commerce back-ends (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and communication tools like Slack.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry; you are someone who double-checks "SKUs" and "Dates" instinctively.
- Language: Professional-level English (written and verbal).
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly between administrative tasks and technical platform updates.
