Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Colombia. ✅ Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. ✅ Prepare and present management reporting, financial analyses, and performance reviews. ✅ Partner with business leaders to support commercial, operational, and strategic decision-making. ✅ Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and planning systems. ✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A processes, reporting, and financial analytics. ✅ Lead and coordinate deliverables for a team of FP&A Analysts while fostering collaboration across functions. Qualifications ✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔ 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related finance functions. ✔ Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, performance management, and variance analysis. ✔ Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across multinational organizations. ✔ Advanced Excel skills. ✔ Experience with ERP, EPM, and Business Intelligence tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Power BI. ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to transform financial information into practical business insights. ✔ Fluency in written and spoken English.
