The Role As SEO Specialist you will own SEO execution for a group of accounts: audits, technical SEO, on-page, local SEO, content briefs, AI Search optimization (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity), and reporting that reads like business, not like a data dump. You report to the team lead and work side by side with the account manager. You get real autonomy: you receive goals and context, then you build and run the plan. What You Will Do Technical, on-page, and content SEO audits, prioritized by impact and effort. Keyword research, keyword mapping, and competitive gap analysis. On-page optimization: titles, metas, headings, internal linking, schema, and content. Technical SEO: crawling, indexation, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals. Local SEO: Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and location pages. SEO/GEO content briefs and optimization of existing content. Rankings, traffic, and conversion monitoring, with clear and actionable monthly reporting. Keeping Monday.com current — at Pithy it is our source of truth. What We Are Looking For 2–3+ years focused on SEO, with cases and results you can explain with your own numbers. Real command of Google Search Console and GA4 — interpreting them, not just opening them. Hands-on with Semrush and/or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, WordPress, and Looker Studio. Verifiable B2-level English: you will work on English-language sites and content. Smart use of AI in your workflow — with judgment and validation, not copy and paste. Genuine self-management: you hit deadlines, flag risks before they slip, and close the loop. Availability to overlap with U.
