The role involves managing the daily coordination of supply chain operations, overseeing efficient import and export processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Responsibilities include collaborating with vendors, monitoring shipments, analyzing data to optimize order fulfillment, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners. The Logistics Specialist will also ensure compliance with shipping regulations and strive to improve overall operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and clients effectively.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving to optimize supply chain processes and analyze logistics data.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and familiarity with logistics operations, including inventory and order management.
• Knowledge of Export processes and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency in international shipping.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus.
