We are seeking an Architect, Microsoft 365 Copilot, to shape AI productivity strategy and readiness across a mature Microsoft 365 environment. You will set the Copilot roadmap, ensure governance and data are prepared, and enable adoption with measurable ROI for corporate teams and frontline workers. Responsibilities
Set and evolve the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization
Conduct readiness assessments to confirm data and governance foundations support Copilot deployment
Drive organizational capability building and change management for AI-powered productivity tools
Align corporate teams and frontline workers around shared Copilot deployment objectives
Define measurement frameworks to monitor adoption and quantify business value
Partner with technology architecture and business transformation stakeholders to coordinate delivery
Oversee governance, security, and compliance topics associated with Copilot deployment
Advise teams on licensing choices and roadmap planning for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Requirements
Proven track record with 7+ years of M365 architecture, including tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive at enterprise scale
Solid understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index, including how Copilot grounds responses and how data moves end to end
Hands-on knowledge of information governance capabilities such as Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and permissions models
Strong familiarity with Entra ID and security practices, including Conditional Access, access reviews, oversharing audits, and Zero Trust awareness
Demonstrated experience with Copilot Studio, including building custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents
Practical proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Copilot integration, Power Apps, and dataflows relevant to retail operations
Deep expertise in SharePoint and content architecture, including taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management
Working background with Viva Suite tools such as Viva Learning, Viva Connections, and Viva Engage, especially for frontline engagement
Strong skills in adoption and measurement using Copilot Dashboard, Viva Insights, adoption scoring, and ROI frameworks
Thorough competency in M365 Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap literacy, including Ignite and Build awareness
English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
