Job description
As Collections Specialist, Employee’s general functions and tasks include: Ensures that Kick Off invoices are paid prior to staff kick off Monitor clients that has outstanding balance Send payment reminders and follow ups Attend to client and inter-department requests, queries, and disputes Review and sends Suspension Notices to clients with overdue balances Liaise with third party debt collection Coordinate with Legal Team, BDM, AMs, and all related parties on contractual issuesthat may ariseProvide ad hoc reports as necessary Qualifications and

requirements:
With experience working in APAC and/or AMER Business to Business Collections Ability to communicate and work in a team Knowledge and experience in Accounting and Collections Principles Detail Oriented and can work under pressure Non-negotiable skills and
