Web Project Manager

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Web Project Manager (Intern or Junior level) at Tvrbo, an international digital marketing agency. Join our fast-paced, innovative team and support the day-to-day management of client web and e-commerce projects, working closely with our Web PM and cross-functional teams including Web Development, CRO, Design, and Content. Your mission at Tvrbo starts with being highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a genuine curiosity about how web and ecommerce platforms work. You'll need clear communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a proactive mindset. Ultimately, you'll help keep our web projects on track and our clients informed, while building the skills to grow into a full Web PM role. Your daily responsibilities will be: Support the Web PM in managing client web/e-commerce projects, primarily on Shopify, with some exposure to Webflow and WordPress Help maintain project documentation: schedules, task lists, meeting notes, and status updates Track and manage tickets/tasks in ClickUp, making sure nothing falls through the cracks Assist with QA testing on staging and live sites before launches or updates Coordinate with developers and designers to keep tasks moving and deadlines on track Help prepare client-facing updates and progress reports Learn and support basic Shopify storefront edits (content updates, product/collection setup, simple theme edits) under guidance Required Skills &

Qualifications:
Some exposure to Shopify (personal projects, coursework, internships, or professional experience) preferred; familiarity with Webflow or WordPress is a plus Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, the web design and development process Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning and working within project management tools Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow into a Web PM role Comfortable working remotely and communicating asynchronously with a distributed team We're looking for someone who is: Curious → Excited to learn how web and e-commerce projects come together, end to end.
