Apply now Apply now Expectations What We Want To See 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer / System Designer; Experience developing features from concept through post-release support; Strong understanding of the mid-core / hardcore mobile F2P market; Experience working with statistics, analytics, and community feedback to support and iterate on features post-release; A high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Additionally, It Would Be Great To Have Ability to define and describe the player experience (UX) and create corresponding interface layouts (UI); Hands-on experience with RP projects, GTA-like games, social games, or MMOs; Experience working with Unity and online games. What You Will Be Doing Own features from concept through live operations: clarify, formalize, and get concepts approved; expand concepts into full GDDs; ensure GDDs are properly communicated to the development team; identify development risks; and monitor timelines and implementation quality; Conduct feature retrospectives; Break down other projects and their features into clear, easy-to-read documentation and presentations; Present findings and concepts, collaborate with other departments, and share acquired knowledge and know-how; Participate in cross-review processes for design documentation; Analyze the product to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement; Analyze product data and feedback to iterate on existing features and develop new ones; Participate in UX testing.
