🚢🌎 WE’RE HIRING | CRUISE VACATION SALES AGENT Are you an experienced Sales professional who has worked ON BOARD a cruise ship? ⚓️ We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Cruise Vacation Sales Agent to join our team in Bogotá. ⭐ ONBOARD CRUISE EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY RELEVANT FOR THIS POSITION. We are specifically looking for candidates with verifiable sales experience in the cruise industry, particularly professionals who have worked on board cruise ships selling vacation packages, excursions, onboard products, upgrades, or related travel services. 🎯 What are we looking for?🔹 Fluent English & Spanish – spoken and written. 🔹 Mandatory: Proven experience in cruise sales or tourism sales. 🔹 Strong preference for candidates with previous ONBOARD cruise ship experience. 🔹 Experience selling vacation packages, cruises, excursions, upgrades, travel products or related services. 🔹 Strong sales mindset, negotiation and communication skills. 🔹 Customer-focused and comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs. 🔹 Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is not a customer service-only position. Candidates must have verifiable sales experience within the tourism/cruise industry. Experience working onboard a cruise ship in a sales position will be especially valuable for this role. 💼

What we offer
💰 Base

Salary:
$3,200,000 COP + commissions ⏰ Schedule: 40 hours per week 🕐 Operation Hours: Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM 📍
