You'll manage daily financial data entry, categorization, and organization across multiple QuickBooks Online accounts and GoHighLevel, freeing up leadership to focus on strategy and growth. This is a data organization role—not a strategic advisory position—where accuracy, consistency, and communication are paramount. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Daily data entry and transaction categorization across two separate QuickBooks Online accounts (healthcare division and general media division)
• Monitor and reconcile financial records in both QBO accounts
• Organize and prepare financial data to support leadership's analytical review and decision-making
• Respond to ad-hoc financial data requests from the leadership team
• Maintain accurate, organized records and flag discrepancies or questions promptly
• Communicate project status and financial updates on a regular basis
• Support basic month-end close activities and reporting 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting operations experience
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online (multi-account management experience a plus)
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive communication and ability to flag issues early
• Must be located in an EST timezone country (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama)
• Clear written and verbal English communication 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁:
