You’ll solve problems, coordinate care, and make a real impact on every patient experience. ✨ What you’ll do
• Guide patients through preoperative and postoperative care
• Coordinate surgery rescheduling and patient requests
• Create lab orders and track medical documentation for surgical authorization
• Review laboratory results submitted by patients
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
• Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on First Call Resolution ✅ We’re looking for
• C1 or Native English with outstanding communication skills
• Customer service or patient coordination experience
• A proactive, organized, and detail oriented mindset
• The ability to communicate confidently with U.
S. patients all day, every day
• Availability to work on site in North Cali ⏰ Schedule
