Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer processes and support candidates throughout onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within ATS and HR systems.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support additional recruiting and HR-related initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare staffing or healthcare recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices.
• Experience screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.
• Experience using ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Professional-level English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting Nurses, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Technicians, or other healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Experience supporting Travel Nursing recruitment.
• Previous experience within a healthcare staffing agency environment.
