The Opportunity
Analyze, evaluate, and improve processes, machinery, equipment, production systems, and industrial structures by identifying optimization opportunities, eliminating losses, closing industrial safety gaps, and defining technical solutions that contribute to the protection of people and property, operational continuity, process efficiency, and the reliability of the organization's assets.
How Will You Make An Impact
• Analyze production and support processes to identify losses, constraints, rework, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for technical, operational, and safety improvements.
• Review industrial machinery, equipment, systems, and devices to evaluate their condition for process needs, with a view to their digitization and modernization.
• Identify, design, propose, and support the implementation of improvements to machinery, equipment, tools, structures, work methods, and processes, ensuring that the solutions are technically feasible, safe, sustainable, and aligned with the organization's standards.
• Evaluate industrial safety gaps in processes, machinery, equipment, structures, and work areas to correct unsafe conditions, prevent incidents, and avoid harm to people, property, the environment, and business continuity.
• Perform basic or specialized structural analysis of existing systems, equipment, supports, bases, platforms, lifting elements, auxiliary devices and structures, in order to evaluate capacities, determine reinforcement needs, correction, redesign or manufacture of new elements.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines Your Background
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial environments, manufacturing processes, and improvement engineering.
• Conversational English (B2 level).
• Additional training in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and process analysis is desirable. More
