About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on, analytical, and performance-oriented D2C Paid Media Buyer to support a U.
S.-based company that works with direct-to-consumer brands, e-commerce companies, subscription businesses, lead-generation offers, and other consumer products and services. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity for someone in Colombia with real experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. You will work closely with agency leadership, creative teams, client teams, and sales or operations teams to help launch campaigns, test creative and audiences, monitor results, and improve customer-acquisition performance. This is not a social-media posting role, and it is not a purely reporting or administrative position. You should already be comfortable working inside advertising platforms, reviewing performance data, making thoughtful optimization recommendations, and helping turn campaign data into better leads, bookings, purchases, or customer acquisition outcomes. We are looking for someone who has strong experience in at least one core paid channel—ideally Meta—and working familiarity across additional channels such as Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, or other relevant consumer-acquisition platforms. What You’ll Do
• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for D2C, e-commerce, consumer-service, subscription, and lead-generation clients.
• Work across channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms based on client needs and your experience.
• Set up campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, placements, tracking links, creatives, copy, and landing-page tests using established briefs and client-approved assets.
• Monitor core performance metrics including spend, CPM, CTR, CPC, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, ROAS, booked appointments, qualified leads, and revenue when available.
• Identify underperforming campaigns, ads, audiences, placements, landing pages, or funnels and recommend or implement appropriate optimizations.
• Test new creative angles, hooks, offers, calls to action, audiences, campaign structures, placements, formats, and landing-page variants.
• Coordinate with creative teams to request new video, image, UGC-style, copy, and offer variations based on performance insights.
• Work with client sales, customer support, and operations teams to understand lead quality, customer feedback, booking outcomes, purchase behavior, and common objections.
• Help connect paid-media performance with downstream results—not only low-cost clicks or leads.
• Assist with tracking and campaign QA, including pixels, conversion events, UTMs, basic conversion API checks, CRM lead routing, and landing-page functionality.
• Maintain organized campaign documentation, naming conventions, budget trackers, creative-test logs, performance dashboards, and weekly client reporting.
• Flag issues quickly, including disapproved ads, poor lead quality, broken forms, tracking gaps, unusual spending patterns, declining conversion rates, or sudden account-performance changes.
• Participate in internal performance reviews, client discussions, campaign planning, and strategy sessions. What We’re Looking For
• Permanently based in Colombia and able to work fully remotely.
• At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital advertising, e-commerce marketing, lead generation, or D2C customer acquisition.
• Direct experience using Meta Ads Manager to build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns is strongly preferred.
• Working familiarity with Google Ads and at least one additional platform such as TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid-acquisition channels.
• Experience supporting D2C, e-commerce, subscription, lead-generation, consumer-service, wellness, beauty, retail, or similar consumer-facing offers.
• Ability to understand and discuss core paid-media metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, frequency, and cost per booked appointment or sale.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, performance dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign data.
• Demonstrated ability to spot trends, identify issues, form a testing hypothesis, and communicate a clear optimization recommendation.
• Strong written English and professional spoken English for internal meetings, written updates, client communication, and collaboration with U.
S.-based teams.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and client deadlines.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, following established processes, documenting work, and continuously improving campaign performance.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a capable computer, and a quiet professional home-office setup. Nice to Have
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with landing-page tools such as Unbounce, Webflow, ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or GoHighLevel.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Hyros, Northbeam, or similar analytics and attribution tools.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Attentive, Gorgias, or other CRM, email, SMS, and customer-acquisition tools.
• Experience working in an agency environment or managing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and working with UGC, short-form video, static image, carousel, and advertorial-style creative.
• Experience supporting regulated or compliance-sensitive industries such as healthcare, wellness, finance, insurance, or legal lead generation. Compliance and Brand SafetySome agency clients may operate in regulated or sensitive categories, including wellness and healthcare-adjacent offers. You must follow the approved client strategy, platform policies, brand guidelines, and escalation process at all times. You will not independently publish unapproved health claims, promise results, imply sensitive personal attributes, or use restricted medication-related terms, targeting, or creative without approval. Google requires certification for advertisers serving prescription-drug services, including certain online pharmacy and telemedicine businesses. Meta’s health and wellness standards also restrict marketing of weight-loss products and services to adult audiences and impose limits on claims and targeting. What We Provide
• Stable, full-time, long-term contractor role with a U.
S.-based agency.
• Monthly compensation of $750–$950 USD, based on demonstrated skills, campaign experience, and interview performance.
• Opportunity to support real consumer-brand campaigns across multiple channels and industries.
• Access to established processes, campaign briefs, creative resources, reporting tools, and client collaboration systems.
• Ongoing feedback, training, and professional growth as your ability and responsibility expand.
• Potential for compensation growth and increased account ownership for strong performers who consistently deliver reliable work and measurable results.
• A remote, collaborative work environment with direct exposure to U.
S. agency and consumer-brand operations.
