• Medical Doctor, Nurse, or professional in a related healthcare field, with experience as a trainer, instructor, or tutor. Experience delivering training within a call center environment is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally delivering training within healthcare environments
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience with call center operations and performance metrics
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook
• English level: C1 🕘 Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST Schedule may vary depending on business needs. 📚 New Hire Training Training classes may last up to 6 weeks. 🏠
