Location:
Bogotá (100% On-site) 📄 Contract: Indefinite Term 🌎 English Level: B2+ Required
Key Responsibilities
✅ Process invoices and manage payment cycles efficiently. ✅ Review invoice accuracy, coding, approvals, and tax compliance. ✅ Monitor AP aging and ensure timely vendor payments. ✅ Support month-end and year-end closing activities. ✅ Prepare AP reports, dashboards, and management information reports (MIS). ✅ Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
✔ 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience (Must have) ✔ Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. ✔ Strong understanding of AP processes, workflows, and controls. ✔ Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. ✔ Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. ✔ English proficiency at B2+ level or higher. 📩 Interested?
