Role Overview We are seeking an Office Manager to manage daily office operations and provide HR coordination at our office in Medellín, onsite. You will ensure the workplace runs smoothly while acting as the main point of coordination for administrative functions, employee support and office services.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by coordinating cleaning services, operational support staff, and supplier services. Maintain office facilities in good condition and ensure the workplace is functional and well organized. Manage relationships with office suppliers, including evaluating quotations and coordinating service delivery. Monitor inventory of office equipment, supplies, merchandising, and pantry items. Supervise reception and administrative support staff. Support the organization of internal office activities and external client events, including meeting room logistics and catering arrangements. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement standardized procedures and checklists. Act as the local liaison between employees and the global HR team. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics for new and departing employees. Track employee attendance and leave records. Collect payroll-related inputs for HR processing. Manage reimbursements and internal expense records. Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

Requirements:
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar operational role. Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken). Experience managing office suppliers and coordinating external service providers. Experience handling administrative processes, documentation and office operations Experience supporting HR-related administrative tasks is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proactive and solution-oriented personality with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Comfortable using online communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams
