Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Canada Sr. Payroll Analyst. In this role, Canada Sr. Payroll Analyst will be responsible for a variety and/or specialized functions within payroll operations areas. Performs one of more of the following duties: Responsibilities
• Process and manage end-to-end payroll for a diverse employee base using ADP.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data reporting and payroll transactions.
• Proactively manage payroll calendars.
• Ensure payroll-related data from Company internal applications interfaces into the payroll system before payroll deadline.
• Review and verify payroll data, including timesheets, commissions, bonuses, and other compensation components.
• Handle payroll inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll-related matters.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and seamless payroll processing.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy within the payroll system.
• Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data to support financial and accounting functions.
• Stay updated on payroll best practices, tax laws, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Ability to perform reporting and reconciliation.
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality, data protection assurance, conformity with Otis policies, procedures, external regulations, and agencies. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll.
•
• bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/HR/Industrial engineering.
• English fluency required. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, show independence, adaptability and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy with strong attention to detail
