Who we are: Technical agency specialized in CRM/AI implementations, RevOps architecture, and custom web solutions. We work directly with US-based enterprise clients—no marketing fluff, just scalable tech. The role: As a Back End Developer, you'll be the technical bridge between our clients' business challenges and production-ready solutions. You'll partner with our Solution Engineering team to: Translate enterprise requirements into scalable technical architectures Design and deploy robust Node.js and Python REST APIs Build advanced HubSpot integrations that actually work at scale (custom objects, webhooks, private apps, OAuth, CRM APIs) Orchestrate middleware ecosystems (Zapier, n8n, Make, custom solutions) with flawless event-driven logic Own QA from test case definition through production deployment Communicate directly with enterprise clients in English This is not a junior role. We need someone with speed, technical depth, and business judgment. What you bring: ✓ Strong Node.js and Python backend development ✓ Advanced HubSpot expertise (integrations, custom code, APIs) ✓ REST API design, implementation, and documentation ✓ Middleware & automation orchestration (n8n, Make, Zapier, custom) ✓ QA mindset—catch issues before they hit production ✓ Fluent English (written + spoken) Bonus points: HubSpot Partner or agency background Experience with US enterprise clients RevOps or CRM architecture knowledge CI/CD, Git, AWS/GCP
