About the role
Cloud Infrastructure Lead | Masiv Are you an AWS expert who enjoys building, improving, and managing cloud infrastructure hands-on? At Masiv, we are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Lead to take technical ownership of our AWS environment, strengthen our cloud foundation, and drive continuous improvement across infrastructure, security, and scalability. This is a hands-on technical role combining cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, and team collaboration. We are looking for someone who can go beyond architecture and design to implement solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide technical decisions.

What you'll do
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.
Manage AWS environments, including Control Tower, Landing Zones, account provisioning, VPCs, and connectivity.
• Strengthen cloud security, governance, monitoring, and observability.
• Drive infrastructure improvements focused on availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with Engineering and global Cloud teams to align infrastructure solutions with business and technical needs.
• Help establish technical standards, improve operational practices, and develop the team's capabilities. What we're looking for Must-have

requirements:
• Strong, hands-on AWS expertise, with at least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting AWS infrastructure in production environments.
• Solid knowledge of AWS networking, including VPCs, VPNs, routing, and connectivity.
• Practical experience with AWS security services, cloud governance, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience with infrastructure optimization and cloud cost management.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams. Leadership experience Previous people management experience is a plus, but it is not mandatory. We are open to Senior Cloud Engineers and Cloud Architects ready to take the next step into technical leadership.
