We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to become part of our organization. In this position, you'll have the chance to engage in purposeful, data-centric initiatives within a cooperative and progressive setting. Responsibilities
- Create and build analytical models to meet business and technical goals
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure outputs are delivered punctually and satisfy quality benchmarks
- Participate in strategic conversations, providing insights that influence the direction of data-related projects
- Evaluate the work of teammates, offering helpful feedback to maintain high analytical standards
- Identify and solve complicated analytical problems that emerge during project execution
- Help develop junior colleagues by passing on knowledge that builds their capabilities
- Engage in planning sessions, helping define scope and offering reliable time projections
- Keep up with emerging developments in the field and incorporate useful new methods into regular work
- Document essential methodologies and discoveries clearly to enable ongoing knowledge transfer
- Partner with stakeholders to define clear goals and confirm finished work meets requirements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of applicable work experience
- Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts and tools, used to improve analytical outcomes
- Robust expertise in Data Science, capable of deriving valuable insights from complicated datasets
- Skilled in Python for creating and deploying data-driven models and solutions
- Background in Java for building and integrating data-related applications
- Strong grounding in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science to underpin thorough analytical efforts
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
