Bilingual Role (Advanced English - C1 required)

🔍 Your Mission

• Submit and track prior authorization requests across multiple clinic locations
• Communicate with insurance providers (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial)
• Collaborate with clinic teams to verify documentation and resolve issues
• Update authorization status in EHR systems (AdvancedMD)
• Notify staff of delays or approvals
• Report daily activity to leadership
• Support additional tasks as needed

🎯 What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in prior authorizations or insurance coordination
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (AdvancedMD is a plus)
• Ability to work with remote and international teams
• A proactive mindset, ownership, and adaptability
