🗂 Keep CRM notes accurate and follow up consistently until win/loss

🤝 Deliver an excellent customer experience, educating clients on pest, termite, and wildlife services 🎯 Achieve and exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and conversion rates

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Advanced English (C1+), clear phone presence, minimal accent
• Proven success in outbound/inbound sales with high activity levels
• Strong follow-up discipline & CRM accuracy
• Availability for weekend rotations & extended evening coverage
• Long-term commitment & stability

🌟 Nice-to-Have

• Background in home services (pest control, HVAC, cable/Internet, etc.)
• Track record of high commissions in dual inbound/outbound environments
• Female candidates preferred
