1. Hydrogen Storefront Rewrite

• Rebuild and improve the existing Industrial Powder Shopify storefront using Hydrogen 2.0 and the Shopify Storefront GraphQL API.
• Replicate and improve the current feature set:
  • Product detail pages
    • Made-to-order, Stock, panel, drum, small batch product differentiation
  • Collections with filtering
  • B2B-specific pricing logic
  • Discounts, cart behavior, and checkout integration
  • Customer account handling
  • Search, navigation, and accessibility

• Mobile-first, responsive layout

• Create a React-based UI component library adhering to the PPG Primer design system:
  • Rebuild key components (buttons, headers, banners, modals, tables, etc.) for React using existing Primer design tokens (.Net component library currently)
  • Support accessibility, responsiveness, and customization
  • Provide documentation and live examples using Storybook
  • Deliver as a Git submodule or private NPM package

• Deliver a Hydrogen Starter Template for future storefronts:
  • Environment config templates
  • Theme override support for branding per region
  • Pre-configured routing, localization, and CI/CD setup
  • Scalable folder structure and region toggles

• Integrate Kontent.ai as the CMS for all non-product content:
  • Use Kontent.ai's GraphQL or REST APIs to deliver content to Hydrogen components
  • Implement modular CMS-managed content blocks (Hero, Promo Banner, Testimonials, FAQs, etc.)
  • Enable dynamic page layouts and marketing pages (e.g., /about-us, /sustainability)
  • Route-level CMS integration: allow CMS to control navigation and layout structure
  • Support localized content fields for multi-region storefronts
  • Secure preview functionality for staging content updates

• Collaborate with content owners to define and implement content models and workflows in Kontent.ai
