Do you have certified experience in customer service and support in a Contact Center? This opportunity is for you
What we offer:
- Contract: Permanent
- Work arrangement: Hybrid - On-site training at our Calle 165 # 45-46 Edificio Urban, with the possibility of remote work based on performance
- 42 hours per week
- Salary: $2,550,000 + Transport/connectivity allowance $249,095
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 3AM-12PM or 4:30AM-1:30PM (with shuttle service)
- Sundays off
- Great work environment

Requirements:
- English Level B2 or B2+
- Minimum 3 months of certified experience in customer service and support in a Contact Center
- Availability to work on-site
- Full-time availability
