<p>Lead Generation Agent (Appointment Setter)<br/>About NVC:<br/>Newton Vision Corporation (NVC) is a leading provider of strategic Business and Technology Consulting Solutions.<br/>At NVC, we combine business planning, optimization, and technology expertise to drive innovation and growth for our clients.<br/>We are currently partnering with a prominent client in the home manufacturing industry in the US to enhance their lead generation efforts.<br/>About the Role:<br/>As a Lead Generation Agent at NVC, your role is pivotal in supporting our client, a leading home manufacturer.<br/>You will efficiently identify, qualify, and secure successful appointments with sales representatives, thus generating high-quality leads to fuel their growth and expansion.<br/>Your efforts directly contribute to our client's success in connecting genuine potential clients interested in custom-built homes with our sales team.<br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/>Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients and leads in the homebuyer market, ensuring they meet specific criteria for successful sales appointments.<br/>Appointment Setting: Be the primary point of contact for leads, guiding them through the appointment scheduling process and booking successful appointments with qualified leads for the sales representatives.<br/>Customized Messaging and Nurturing: Craft personalized messages that effectively communicate the value of custom-built homes, tailor messages to encourage appointments, and nurture leads to keep them engaged.<br/>CRM Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.<br/>Collaboration and Performance Metrics: Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts, meet and exceed KPIs related to appointment setting, and continuously improve lead generation strategies.<br/>Client Feedback and Compliance: Gather feedback and insights from clients and leads, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.<br/>Qualifications:<br/>Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role, preferably in the real state or homebuyer market.<br/>Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.<br/>Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation.<br/>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.<br/>Adept at building rapport and relationships over the phone and through digital channels.<br/>Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.<br/>Benefits:<br/>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.<br/>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.<br/>Career growth and advancement opportunities within NVC.<br/>Training and development programs to enhance your skills.<br/>To apply, please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you're interested in joining NVC to (NVC Recruiter email address)<br/>#J-*****-Ljbffr</p>
