Compliance Manager (Fintech) – Colombia

We're hiring a
Compliance Manager
to join a fast-growing
global fintech
operating in payments and digital assets. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in
regulatory compliance and AML/KYC
, who is comfortable working with banks and regulators.


What you'll do

  • Build and maintain the
    compliance framework
    , policies, and procedures
  • Own
    AML/KYC processes
    , including monitoring and STR reporting
  • Handle
    regulatory filings, reporting, and correspondence
    with authorities
  • Act as main point of contact with
    partner banks
  • Support audits, inspections, and licensing requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, operations, and risk teams


What we're looking for

  • 2–5+ years of experience in
    compliance, AML, or regulatory roles
  • Strong knowledge of
    AML/KYC
    and local regulations (Colombia)
  • Experience working with
    financial institutions, fintech, or payments
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
  • Fluent English
    (written and spoken)
