Principales Responsabilidades
  • Diseñar e implementar políticas financieras y presupuestarias regionales.
  • Supervisar la consolidación de estados financieros bajo estándares IFRS/NIIF.
  • Gestionar riesgos financieros y proponer planes de mitigación.
  • Liderar la planificación fiscal estratégica.
  • Coordinar auditorías internas y externas.
  • Desarrollar y liderar equipos financieros en Colombia y Argentina.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento fiscal, regulatorio y normativo en todos los países.
  • Brindar orientación financiera a líderes y áreas internas.
  • Optimizar tesorería y capital de trabajo (cashflow, cobranzas, términos de pago).
  • Supervisar procesos de nómina y compensaciones.
  • Implementar procedimientos financieros y contables junto al equipo global.
  • Gestionar reportes mensuales al grupo y declaraciones fiscales locales.
  • Administrar sistemas ERP y herramientas financieras corporativas.
Requirements
Formación
  • Pregrado en Finanzas, Contaduría, Economía o carreras afines.
  • MBA o posgrado en Finanzas (deseable).
  • Certificaciones: IFRS/NIIF, FRM, CFA o CPA (deseables).
Experiencia
  • +6 años en roles financieros senior.
  • +3 años liderando finanzas en entorno multinacional.
  • Amplio manejo de auditorías, cumplimiento y reportes globales.
Conocimientos técnicos
  • IFRS/NIIF (obligatorio).
  • ERP (Odoo, Buk u otros).
  • Análisis financiero avanzado (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Gestión fiscal, auditoría, control interno y riesgos.
  • Gestión de tesorería y capital de trabajo.
  • Reporting corporativo.
  • Nómina y compensaciones.
  • Experiencia multinacional en LATAM.
