Job Title: Senior Personal Injury Paralegal

Roberts Markland LLP is a well-established personal injury law firm committed to fighting for the rights of injured individuals. With a passionate and results-driven team, the firm provides exceptional legal representation and is now seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims (e.g., auto accidents, slip & falls, wrongful death)
- Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, demand letters, and settlement agreements
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with trial preparation
- Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and evidence
- Calculate damages, track medical treatment, and prepare settlement demands
- Assist with depositions, mediations, and hearings
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation and personal injury law procedures
- Familiarity with Texas law firms is a plus
Hard Skills
- Proficiency in legal software such as Filevine, Prolaw, and Microsoft Office
- Experience handling medical records, liens, and insurance claims
- Ability to draft, format, and proofread legal documents
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Salary: COP per month which is divided into a benefit base of $3,900,000 plus a fixed monthly payment of $2,100,000
