Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products in the Planning, Economics, and Reserves suite by performing manual and automated testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.  You will join and immediately contribute on the team that supports one of Quorum's market leading enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure software meets requirements.
• Validate user interfaces, workflows, and system functionality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Azure DevOps.
• Learn and contribute to the automation framework under the guidance of senior team members.
• Work closely with developers and PM to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Document test results and provide clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on QA best practices, tools, and technologies.
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Basic understanding of Network, Databases, and OS.
• Experience using SQL Server
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
• Comprehensive understanding of software development and testing methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise software experience is a plus
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages is a plus
• Automated testing experience is a plus

Additional Details

• Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification and Passport/ID validation.
• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
• Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable): The successful candidate will be required to present their professional card or registration information if the role is deemed to be regulated.
• Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment, in accordance with Colombian legislation.
