This role is ideal for someone who has previously built overseas or LATAM call centers, trained sales teams, and developed high-performance demo workflows. You will play a key part in our company's expansion and long-term growth.

About the Role

As the Director of Call Center & Sales Operations, you will be responsible for building and managing our remote outbound sales engine. You will oversee appointment setters, cold callers, and demo presenters—ensuring high call quality, strong conversion, consistent messaging, and efficient performance.

Your leadership will directly impact our ability to grow, scale, and serve clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a remote call center team in LATAM or other overseas regions
  • Recruit, train, and manage appointment setters, cold callers, sales reps, and demo presenters
  • Develop scripts, training materials, QA guidelines, and performance KPIs
  • Oversee daily operations: call volume, call quality, demo quality, show-up rates, and conversions
  • Implement sales tools (dialers, CRM systems, dashboards, QA systems)
  • Lead demo-presenter coaching and optimize the entire demo workflow
  • Manage workforce planning and performance optimization
  • Report weekly on performance metrics and pipeline contribution
  • Drive continuous improvement and create scalable, repeatable processes
  • Collaborate with leadership to support sales, marketing, and service alignment

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in call center leadership, BPO operations, outbound sales, or related director-level roles
  • Proven experience building and managing teams in LATAM or overseas
  • Strong background training appointment setters and demo presenters
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Expert knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • High energy, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Strong leadership, communication, and process-building skills
  • Remote-work ready: reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and strong internet
  • Ability to manage a high-performance, metrics-driven environment
