Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bogota, D.C., for a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will engage in daily tasks such as providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales processes, and offering expert product-related insights. Responsibilities include analyzing product performance, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support related to products. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to optimize customer satisfaction and product success.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Product Specialist responsibilities and understanding of related domains
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Exceptional Communication skills for building relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service and handling client inquiries efficiently
  • Sales skills to assist in the promotion and support of products
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus
