Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bucaramanga for the position of Owner. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing team performance, and ensuring the successful implementation of company strategies. The role also includes enhancing customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and identifying improvement areas for operational excellence. A strong emphasis on collaboration with internal teams to achieve organizational goals is essential.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
- Strategic planning and decision-making skills for driving business growth and operational success.
- Proficiency in data analysis, analytics, and leveraging AI to transform business processes.
- Experience in Consulting, Business Agility, and Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Manufacturing 4.0 strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
