We're building a scalable SaaS platform
 powered by 
WeWeb + Xano + Zapier/n8n + OpenAI

You'll be the technical backbone
 of the product.

You will 
design, build, and evolve
 the full stack, with real influence over architecture, roadmap, and decisions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a 
    modular, scalable architecture
     using
  • WeWeb + Xano + Zapier/Make + OpenAI
  • Build and maintain APIs, data models, and backend logic
  • Integrate AI (OpenAI / LLMs)
     into workflows, reporting, and intelligent features
  • Create and optimize 
    automation workflows
     (Zapier / Make / n8n)
  • Ensure performance, cost efficiency, and security across the stack
  • Guide the platform toward 
    scaling to thousands of users
  • Actively contribute to the technical and product roadmap

Must-Haves

  • 2–3+ years working with 
    no-code / low-code tools
    , such as:
  • WeWeb, Xano, Bubble
  • Zapier, Make, n8n
  • Airtable or similar
  • Solid understanding of:
  • n8n
  • REST APIs
  • Databases & data modeling
  • Webhooks & integrations
  • Hands-on experience integrating 
    OpenAI or other LLMs
  • Fluent conversational English
     (you'll join calls and discussions)
  • Strong 
    product mindset
     — you think beyond "just building"
  • High ownership, autonomy, and reliability

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience scaling SaaS products
  • Cost optimization and performance tuning
  • Security-aware backend design
  • Previous leadership or technical ownership roles

Work Model & Compensation

  • COP $ per month + Bonus based on sales of the Saas
  • 100% remote
  • Open to candidates based in Colombia
